Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Seven Hundred and Ninety Thousand (790,000) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the apportionment for the period now due for the balance of the State fiscal year ending August 31, 1936, and the State fiscal year ending August 31, 1937, to all counties in which the county officers are compensated on the basis of a salary.
