Relating to providing that when either the husband or the wife shall have abandoned the other, without any of the ground for divorce set forth in certain statute, and the one who so abandons the other shall thereafter become of unsound mind, he or she may nevertheless be sued for divorce and in such case the court shall appoint a guardian ad litem to represent such party defendant.
