Relating to requiring the development or operation of any oil or gas well from islands, marshes or waters to be done in such a way as to prevent injury or destruction to fish, oysters or shrimp; providing the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission make rules and regulations for development of oil and gas well in areas mentioned in this Act; providing a penalty for violations of this Act and regulations of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission.
