Relating to authorizing the State Board of Cosmetology, with the approval of the State Board of Health to prescribe sanitary rules to prevent the spread of contagious diseases, providing regulations for owners or managers of hairdressing and cosmetological shops or schools of beauty culture, declaring it unlawful for any persons to practice as a hairdresser except in the homes of customers and bona fide beauty shops, declaring the establishment of home beauty shops unlawful.
