Relating to reorganizing the Criminal District Court for the Counties of Nueces, Kleberg, Kenedy, Willacy and Cameron to be constituted of Nueces County, Texas, only, under the designation of the 127th Judicial District Court, and creating the 128th Judicial District of Texas to be composed of the Counties of Cameron, Willacy, Kenedy and Kleberg.
