Relating to amending a certain Section of the Special Laws of the 38th Legislature (R.S.); providing a more efficient road system for Colorado County so as to provide for the laying off of the said county into convenient road precincts, the numbering thereof, describing such precincts by boundaries, providing for the manner of discontinuance of roads and parts of roads, and providing for the reversion of the right of way or roads and/or parts of roads, under certain condition in certain cases.
