Relating to making an appropriation out of the General Revenue Fund in the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, to be used in the building of a Texas Supreme Court Memorial Building at Austin, Texas, on the tract of land heretofore appropriated by the Legislature for such purpose, said tract being located on the corner of Congress Avenue and Eleventh Street, in the City of Austin, Texas.
