Relating to amending certain statute relating to sales of real estate under deeds of trust, requiring notice of such sales to be sent by registered mail to all persons having liens of record against the land to be foreclosed and providing that an affidavit made by the party sending a notice by mail shall be subject to registration and when recorded shall be prima facie evidence that the notice was sent.
