Relating to providing for the depositing with the State Treasurer of all funds received by or belonging to State departments, institutions, schools, colleges, universities, boards, bureaus, commissions or other agencies of the State government; providing for penalties for violation of this Act and fixing the venue of prosecutions in Travis County.
