Relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be formed; prohibiting a corporation, join stock association, and association of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum from owning or owning stock or other interest in common carrier pipelines or pipeline companies, and fixing a time for conforming to the provision of this Act, and declaring that the ownership of stock in common carrier pipelines by corporations, joint stock associations of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum oil tends to create a monopoly, and is in conflict with the anti-trust laws of the State of Texas, and declaring same to be unlawful.
