Relating to creating the Montgomery Independent School District in Montgomery County, Texas, defining its boundaries, providing f the election of trustees, providing for the retention in office of the repent board of trustees of the Montgomery Independent School District, and providing for the abolition of all other boards of trustees of any school district included within the district hereby created.
