Relating to amending certain statute relating to the protection of accountants, bookkeepers, clerks, artisans, craftsmen, operatives, servants, mechanics, quarrymen, common laborers and farm hands; providing a lien and preserving a time of payment in lawful money; proscribing the duty of the assignee by changing the time when a duplicate account shall be presented.
