Relating to amending certain Act creating a more efficient road system for Mill county so as to prescribe how road and bridge taxes collected from persons and upon property in incorporated cities and towns in said county shall be expended; increasing the compensation paid road hands; increasing the amount to be paid in lieu of road duty.
