Relating to reorganizing the Sixty-third and Eighty-third Judicial Districts of the State of Texas, and providing the time, and fixing the terms of holding the courts in each of said judicial districts; and conforming all writs and process from such courts to such changes, and making all process issued or served before this Act takes effect, including recognizances and bonds returnable to the terms of the courts in the several districts as herein fixed to validate process, and to validate the summoning of grand petit juries.
