Relating to appropriating the sum of twelve thousand ($12,000.00) dollars for the use of the State Board of Health, to be expended by it under the direction of the State Health Officer for the purposes of defraying all expenses in connection with the making of a house to house canvass of one or more counties in this State in obtaining exact and scientific data as to the health conditions thereof.
