Relating to appropriating the sum of sixty-five thousand ($65,000.00) dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the general revenue, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the mileage and per diem of members and salaries and per diem of officers and employees of the third called session of the Thirty-fifth Legislature of the State of Texas, providing how accounts may be approved.
