Relating to amending Section 23 of "An Act relating to State and county finances of cities incorporated under the general laws of this State, providing for a system of State, county and city depositories of the State, county and city funds, for the selection and designation of such depositories; to provide penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act," relating to bonds to be executed by depositories.
