Relating to the classification of certain offenses as felonies of the fourth degree, to the jurisdiction of certain courts hearing criminal cases, to the punishment imposed for Class C misdemeanors, to the punishments for the offenses of criminal mischief, burglary of a coin-operated machine, burglary of a vehicle, theft, theft of service, unauthorized use of a vehicle, forgery, and credit card abuse, and to the sentencing of certain defendants convicted of those property offenses.
