Relating to elimination of derogatory terminology used in connection with certain mentally disabled persons in statutes applicable to certain probate and county courts, to certain schools and centers, and to hospitals and districts formerly under the authority of the board of control, and in other statues; eliminating certain repetitious and obsolete language; conforming language descriptive of probate and county courts and of the authority of the State Board of Control and the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
