Resolved, By the Senate of Texas, the House of Representatives concurring, that we express our appreciation to the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers, and to its individual members, for the service rendered in behalf of the children of this state; that this organization be encouraged toward continued success; and that March 15, 1979, be hereby designated as PTA DAY AT THE LEGISLATURE.
