Granting Dr. Howard S. Coleman permission to sue the State of Texas and the University of Texas at El Paso for the relief to which he is entitled concerning his claim for amounts due under the employment contract; providing that in the event suit is filed, service of process and other required process be made on the Attorney General of Texas and the president of the University of Texas at El Paso, that venue for the suit be in El Paso County, and that the suit be tried as other civil suits; providing that nothing in this resolution may be construed as an admission by the State of Texas, or any of its employees, agents, departments, agencies, or political subdivisions, of liability or of the truth of any allegation asserted by the claimant, but the alleged cause of action must be proved under the laws of this state as in other civil cases; providing that nothing in this resolution may be construed as a waiver of any defense of fact or law available to the State of Texas or to any of its employees, agents, departments, agencies, or political subdivisions, but every defense is specifically reserved.
