SCR 54, 64th R.S.
Granting permission to Vince J. Luza, Anthony Luza, Tony Schoeneman, and James Kalinec to sue the State of Texas and Texas A&M University for the relief to which they are entitled concerning thier claim for amounts due and their claim of irreparable damages; providing for service of citation and other required process to be made on the Attorney General of Texas and on teh Chairman of the Board of Directors of Texas A&M University, and that the suit be tried as other civil suits; providing that nothing in this resolution may be construed as an admission by the State of Texas, or any of its employees, agents, departments, agencies, or political subdivisions, of liability or of the truth of any allegation asserted by the claimants, but the alleged cause of action must be proved under the laws of this state as in other civil cases; providing that nothing in this resolution shall be construed as a waiver of any defense of fact or law available to the State of Texas or to any of its employees, agents, departnments, agencies, or political subdivisions, but every defense is specifically reserved.
