Amending Article 3.40 of the Insurance Code, as heretofore amended, to permit insurance companies to acquire, secure, hold, and retain producing mineral interests as defined in the Act under conditions set out in Section 5 of the article; restating the remainder of Article 3.40 in its entirety, as last amended with no further change whatsoever; repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
