The Texas Legislative Council be and is hereby empowered to enter into such interagency contracts with the State Commission for the Blind as may be necessary and desirable to assist the State Commission for the Blind in fulfilling federal requirements for continuing statewide studies and to assure the appropriate involvement of federal funds in such studies.
