To regulate the licensing, inspection and operation of ambulances and ambulance services; to provide standards for the licensing of ambulances and of ambulance drivers, attendants and attendant drivers; to provide for renewal and revocation of licenses; to require written records and reports; providing a penalty for violations of this Act; repealing all conflicting laws; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
