Relating to the authority of an insurer to designate a particular practitioner or practitioners of the healing arts in a policy of accident and sickness insurance and making certain provisions for advertising and dissemination of information of insurance coverage by practitioners of the healing arts or associations of such practitioners; relating to the applicability of this Act to certain existing policies and all accident and sickness policies issued after the effective date of the Act; providing for severability.
