Relating to protection of both the public and private landowners against unreasonable use of and damage to the surface estate of lands and the pollution of creeks, rivers, and water courses by persons, firms, and corporations engaged in drilling for, producing, and transporting oil, gas, and other minerals and further relating to the protection of livestock and wild game against injury and death, and further relating to the protection of the water resources of this state against pollution and depletion.
