Relating to purchase of land; providing for purchasing of such land for the purpose of preserving or returning it to its natural state and for the purpose of preservation of native wildlife; providing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed to the extent of the same conflict only; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
