Relating to raising revenue for the support of state government; imposing an occupation tax on persons engaged in the business of manufacturing certain chemicals, and providing for administration, enforcement, and allocation of revenue; providing a partial or total exemption from the corporate franchise tax for corporations manufacturing chemicals; imposing taxes on certain amusements; removing food, food products, drugs, medicines, prosthetic devices, and farm and ranch machinery and equipment from the list of items exempted from the limited sales excise and use tax.
