Relating to amending certain statutes in connection with the standards, grades and size-weight classes of eggs, the sale or advertisement of eggs below the quality of Grade A, the exemption of producers of eggs from the provisions of the Act under certain conditions, the exceptions to buying or selling eggs for subsequent resale without obtaining a license, the licensing of out-of-state sellers of eggs under certain conditions, the licensing fees of dealer-wholesaler, processor, and broker.
