Relating to prohibiting the use of seines or nets of over 160 feet in length in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico within 6 miles of the North Jetty of the pass or ship channel leading from Bolivar Roads and Galveston Bay to the Gulf of Mexico and regulating the use of nets less than 150 feet in length; providing a penalty for violations.
