HB 259, 60th R.S.
Relating to providing that in counties containing a population in excess of 1,200,000 inhabitants, the county clerk is relieved of all duties prescribed by Article 1657, Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, 1925, and requiring the county treasurer to prepare a triplicate receipt for all moneys received, and authorizing the county auditor to prescribe a system consistent with this Act, to the county treasurer for receiving and depositing all moneys received.
