SB 534, 59th R.S.

Relating to amending the Uniform Stock Transfer Act, to provide that when shares are registered on the books of a corporation in the names of two or more persons as joint owners, with the right of survivorship, the surviving joint owner shall have the power to transfer title to such shares and receive dividends thereon.
