SB 438, 59th R.S.
Relating to requiring grade separations to be placed on all primary highways or roads within the State of Texas when crossed by any new or relocated railway trackage; providing that railway companies bear entire cost of such grade separations and maintenance; providing for State Highway Commission to designate certain highways or roads as primary highways.
