Relating to amending the Employer's Liability and Workmen's Compensation Insurance laws to provide that an injured employee may select the person and institution to render the medical services required to be provided by the association, including provisions for vocation rehabilitation, providing for a change in medical aid, hospital services, chiropractic services and medicines by the Board.
