HB 81, 59th R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts to provide that construction of a new reservoir on that portion of a stream over which a water master has heretofore been, or may hereafter be, appointed, shall not void such appointment nor restrict the authority of such water master to act both upstream and downstream from such new reservoir; providing for the retention of jurisdiction by the Trial Court to allocate and distribute water in its judicial custody during appeal and until entry of final judgment.
