HB 1036, 59th R.S.
Relating to providing for the issuing, service and return of process in all courts upon corporations charged by indictment, information, or complaint with the commission of a criminal offense; providing for the appearance of the corporation or upon failure of the corporation to appear, that a plea of not guilty shall be entered and the corporation shall be deemed continuously present in said court, after the plea of not guilty is entered, or appearance made, until final disposition is made of the case.
