Relating to amending the Texas Miscellaneous Corporation Laws Act relative to governing the circumstances under which parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations may make themselves or their properties liable for the indebtedness of a parent, subsidiary or affiliated corporation, as defined in this Act and defining parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations for the purpose of this Act.
