SB 444, 58th R.S.
Relating to Federal old-age and survivor's insurance; redefining "employment" as the term is used in this Act so as to exclude from said insurance service in any policeman's position, which is subject to an existing Retirement System at the time the agreement is undertaken, in incorporated cities having a population of 250,000 or more according to the most recent decennial Federal Census prior to the date of said agreement.
