Relating to providing that the State of Texas quitclaims to John Shannon of Mart, Texas, any and all interests it has in certain property in Mart, McLennan County, Texas; providing that the quitclaim shall not be effective until and unless ad valorem taxes on the land owed to the state are fully paid.
