Relating to amending the Insurance Code to authorize two or more insurance companies to join together in organizations, to offer, sell and administer hospital surgical and medical expenses insurance plans under a group policy covering residents of Texas 65 years of age and older and their spouses; excluding such organizations from provisions of the anti-trust laws.
