Relating to amending a certain Act to provide in each instance where a librarian, school nurse, school physician, visiting teacher, itinerant teacher, supervisor, or other teacher or employee is paid his salary, wages, or other compensation from monies derived from various common school districts, rural high school districts, independent school districts or from any governmental source pursuant to the provisions of the cooperative agreement, then it is expressly provided that the minimum employer's matching contributions for Old Age and Survivor's Insurance System of the Federal Security Act shall be paid out of the Minimum Foundation Fund of the Texas Central Education Agency, etc.
