Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide increased new teacher and administrator salary schedule with increments; to provide for an increased operating costs allotment; to increase the allowable total base costs for each bus; to fix the amount to be charged for the 1961-1962 school year against the local school districts toward the Foundation School Program; providing a method of paying increased costs of Foundation Program; providing for transfer of one (1%) per cent from permanent school fund and prescribing certain limitations.
