Relating to granting to the Game and Fish Commission regulatory authority over the wildlife resources of Colorado County subject to certain procedures and limitations; defining "wildlife resources," "depletion," "waste," and "state of emergency" in relation to such wildlife resources; making landowner or agent liable under penalties of false swearing for maintenance of authentic records on persons who hunt on shooting preserves and game killed by such persons; providing for penalties and forfeiture of licenses.
