Relating to raise revenue for the State of Texas; amending certain Statutes to impose a retail sale and use tax covering the sale and use of tangible personal property and the rendition of professional and personal services to persons or to the property of persons; providing for administration and enforcement; to increase operator's, commercial operator's and chauffeur's license fees and allocate the revenue therefrom; providing an effective date.
