Relating to amending Section 4 of H. B. No. 753, Acts of the 52nd Legislature, Regular Session, as amended, authorizing the exemption of all medical, surgical, technical equipment and supplies provided by the Texas State Department of Health to Local Public Health Units, Local Public Health Laboratories, state institutions, and non-profit institutions, contributing to the promotion and maintenance of public health by the usage of such medical, surgical, technical equipment and supplies administered by the State Health Department from system of accounting and placing responsibility for State property upon the Department.
