Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district comprising the territory contained within Chilton Independent School District, to be known as the "Falls County Water and Sewer District", for the purpose of providing or acquiring a source of sources of water supply for municipal, domestic, industrial, and mining uses and processing and transporting the same and for the purpose of providing or acquiring storm sewers and a sanitary sewer system.
