Relating to amending certain acts so as to authorize the expenditure from unobligated pre-existing appropriations out of the State Building Fund of an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($135,000) for the purpose of furnishing and equipping the Supreme Court Building and for moving certain judicial agencies to said building.
