Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code to provide that agents licenses shall expire one year from the date of issue, and that an insurance company appointment of such agent will continue in effect until withdrawn and terminated by the company; providing that an insurance company appointment or a legal reserve life insurance agent shall continue in effect until terminated and withdrawn by the company; providing that local recording agents and solicitors licenses shall expire one year from date of issue, and providing for appointment of local recording agents by companies.
