Relating to making it unlawful except under the provisions of this Act for any person to hunt, take, kill or attempt to kill or possess, any game bird or game animal in Hale County at any time; to take, kill or trap or attempt to take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal in said county or to take, or attempt to take any fish or other aquatic life or marine animals from said county by any means or method; providing a penalty.
